We love our children at Westwood and we know that the early stages of spiritual development are learning blocks that can help children discover early on how much God loves them. Our children programs on Sunday morning and Wednesday evenings give children the opportunity to grow in a loving, caring environment that teaches biblical principles through creative activities.
Westwood Day School:
One of our special community children programs is our day school. This school has been developed to provide children with a whole new level
of relationships and development. This toddler through pre-K program provides a captivating environment filled with lessons that will develop
their developmental skills and their faith. At Day School, we try to create caring settings that not only enable strong friendships with other
students but an opportunity to know more about God. Every week will be a new fun and creative experience designed just for kids as they grow
in their walk with God.
Day School follows closely the Edmond public school calendar and meets from 9:30am - 2:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Spaces are limited and fill quickly so contact us soon if you are interested in this program.
Youth:
Westwood Junior and Senior High students participate in a program designed to provide student ministry experience and develop them
into Christian leaders.
Our youth are active in many ministry activities including foreign and domestic mission trips, visiting the elderly at a local assisted living home, summer camps, and fellowship activities with other area youth groups.
We work to not only develop an environment where our teens can develop spiritually but also develop strong friendships and relationships that will last and provide a Christian support structure.
